图表题虽然紧跟SAT阅读文章，而且与阅读文章的关系非常紧密，但是从目前的官方新SAT OG来看，图表题本身难度并不大。通常我们只需要看图表就可以将题目做出来，
以新SAT OG Test 1里面的第20题为例进行讲解：
The graph following the passage offers evidence that gift-givers base their predictions of how much a gift will be appreciated on
A) the appreciation level of the gift-recipients.
B) the monetary value of the gift.
C) their own desires for the gifts they purchase.
D) their relationship with the gift-recipients.
题目就是问送礼人认为礼物的欣赏值只要依靠什么。大家请看相应的图表：
直接看giver这一列就知道，送礼人认为贵的礼物比便宜的礼物更会受到欣赏。所以答案当然是选B。
从这个例题可以看出，考试时为了节约时间，图表题可以直接从图表下手，文章仅作为参考。
